"Spirit of the Forest" Bobcat Lustre Paper Wall Art From Williamstown, Massachusetts
Whenever I’m asked about my favorite experience as a wildlife photographer, this moment always comes to mind.
When I was in early high school, before I had my driver’s license, I had a small patch of woods that I loved to walk to and photograph wildlife. It was my secret spot, and I rarely ever saw anyone else there. I went at least once every week, early in the mornings, and most of the time I wouldn’t capture anything.
However, on this particular morning, I had set up a blind on a small path in the forest that I called the “deer highway,” as deer frequently used the path. Other wonderful critters also used this trail, including this bobcat. It walked out from the brush, incredibly intrigued by the strange material at the end of the path.
My heart raced, and I could feel my breathing getting faster and stronger as the bobcat walked slowly closer and closer. To add to the magic, the sun had just begun to break through the forest, resulting in one of my favorite images I’ve ever taken.
Printed on lustre paper and produced in-house using the highest quality paper and ink to ensure the finest product. All prints are signed, titled, matted, and can be framed.
